Summery Beach Bag / tote Crochet Pattern
Tools : 6mm Hook and 5mm Hook, darning needle

9 HDC into centre of magic circle, sl to complete ring, (10)
Round 2 - Ch 2, 2 hdc's in each stitch, sl st to compete round, (18)
Round 3 - Ch 2, *2hdc in first stitch 1hdc in next, repeat * till end of round, sl st to complete round - (27)
Round 4 - Ch 2, *2hdc in first stitch 1 hdc in next 2, repeat* till end of round, sl st to complete round - (36)
Round 5 - ch 2, *2hdc in first stitch 1 hdc in next 3, repeat* till end of round, sl st to complete round (45)
Round 6 - Ch 2, *2hdc in first stitch 1 hdc in next 4, repeat* till end of round, sl st to complete round (56)
Round 7 - Ch 2, *2hdc in first stitch 1 hdc in next 5, repeat* till end of round, sl st to complete round
Round 8 - Ch 2, *2hdc in first stitch 1 hdc in next 6, repeat* till end of round, sl st to complete round
Round 9 - Ch 2, 1hdc in each stitch, sl to complete round
(Round 10 Change Colour, Coordinate colours according to your style in this part of the pattern, use base colour for handles)
Round 10 - 20 Attach, *3dc in each chain 1 space, ch1, *Repeat all the way around
(change to 5mm) Round 21 using same colour as previous row,ch 1, 94 sc evenly spaced around, sl
Round 22 - Colour change for handle, *4 sc in next 4 stitches, sc2tog, *repeat till end of round, sl st to complete the round (76)
Round 23 - 1 sc in each stitch, sl st
Round 24 - sc in the next 10 stitches, chain 76 (or your desired length of strap), Skip 21 stitches reattach end of chain, sc in the next 20 stitches, chain 76 (for the other strap) skip 21 stitches, reattach end of chain, continue sc the rest of the row, sl stitch to complete the round.
Round 25, chain 1, sc in every stitch, sc in the chain of the straps (you will work on one side if the strap and then fasten off to work on the inside of the strap after)
Round 26, Repeat Round 25, fasten off.
Inside of strap
Round 1 - attach on the inside of a strap starting on the bag, sc in the next 21 stitches and along the inside of the strap
round 2 - repeat round 1, fasten off
(repeat round 1 and 2 on the second strap) (if you prefer a thicker strap, add more rounds on the end of row 26 and round 2
(this pattern will probably be revised since my wording might not be the greatest, also if you have any difficulties dont hestitate to leave them in the comments below, i also plan to do a tutorial on this bag to further explain myself but need to grab the supplies first!)
